Cookie Policy
1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow the site to recognise your device on subsequent visits and recall certain information — such as your preferences or consent choices.
Cookies do not typically identify you personally. They work by storing a reference or preference value that helps the site function correctly or understand how it is being used.
You remain in control: you can manage or remove cookies through your browser settings at any time, though doing so may affect how certain parts of our website work.
2. Cookies We Use
Essential Cookies
Always active · Cannot be disabled
These cookies are required for our website to function. Without them, core features such as page navigation and cookie consent storage would not work. We do not need your consent to place these cookies.
Examples: Cookie consent preference (cookieConsent), session security. Duration: Session to 12 months.
Analytics Cookies
Optional · Requires consent
These help us understand how visitors use our website — which pages are read most, where visitors arrive from, and how long they spend on each section. This data informs how we improve the site.
Provider: Google Analytics 4. Duration: Up to 14 months.
Marketing Cookies
Optional · Requires consent
These cookies are set by advertising platforms we use — Meta (Facebook Pixel) and Microsoft (Bing) — to understand whether visitors who arrive from advertisements take particular actions on our site. They may be used to show relevant content on those platforms to previous visitors.
Providers: Meta, Microsoft Bing. Duration: Up to 180 days.
Preference Cookies
Optional · Requires consent
These cookies remember settings you have chosen — such as language or display preferences — so you do not need to select them again on each visit.
Duration: Up to 12 months.
3. Cookie Duration
Cookies fall into two categories by duration:
- Session cookies — these exist only for the duration of your browser session and are deleted automatically when you close your browser. They are used for security and to maintain session continuity.
- Persistent cookies — these remain on your device until they expire or you delete them. They are used to remember your preferences and support analytics. Durations range from 30 days to 14 months depending on the cookie's purpose.
4. Your Cookie Preferences
You can manage your cookie preferences below. Changes are saved to your browser and reflected across our website. Withdrawing consent does not affect any use of data prior to withdrawal.
Essential Cookies
Required for the site to function. Always active.
Analytics Cookies
Help us understand how visitors use our website.
Marketing Cookies
Used by advertising platforms to understand campaign effectiveness.
Preference Cookies
Remember your display and language settings.
5. Third-Party Cookies
Some cookies on our site are set by third-party services rather than by us directly. These third parties have their own privacy policies:
- Google Analytics — website analytics and visitor measurement. Google Privacy Policy.
- Meta (Facebook Pixel) — advertising measurement and attribution. Meta Privacy Policy.
- Microsoft (Bing Ads) — advertising conversion tracking. Microsoft Privacy Statement.
We cannot control how these third parties use data collected via their cookies. Setting your preferences above to decline marketing cookies will prevent these cookies from being placed where technically possible.
6. Managing Cookies in Your Browser
In addition to the preference controls above, you can manage cookies directly through your browser settings.

On mobile browsers, cookie settings are typically found within the app's main settings menu under Privacy. Disabling cookies may affect how parts of our website display or function.
7. Your Rights
You have the right to withdraw cookie consent at any time using the preference controls in Section 4 or through your browser settings. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of data processed while consent was in place.
Declining optional cookies will not prevent you from using our website, though some features may be limited. We will not use your cookie choices to restrict access to information about our services.
For questions about how we use cookies or to raise a concern, please contact us at [email protected] or refer to our Privacy Policy.
